The Responia service

Responia is a telephone answering and messaging service assisted by artificial intelligence, provided on behalf of third party businesses ("the clients"). Every call or conversation handled by Responia states explicitly, from the first exchange, that it is an artificial intelligence, in accordance with article 50 of the European regulation on artificial intelligence (AI Act).

Technical subprocessors

To operate, Responia relies on the following providers, each acting as a technical subprocessor:

Twilio Inc.: routing of calls and text messages
Meta Platforms, Inc.: WhatsApp Business messaging
Google LLC: speech synthesis and understanding (Gemini)

How data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

Disputes

This website is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; failing that, the French courts alone will have jurisdiction.
